December 1st, 2006

I've been meaning to start a Blog or a diary for a few months, and now I've finally gotten round to it. Although my life isn't the most amazing or glamorous around, I’m still living it, and I might as well enjoy it (Especially since I might not get another chance at a life after this). Either way, the Blog’s been started, and here goes nothing.

I might as well introduce myself for those who don’t really know me. I’m not giving out my real name online, so I’ll call myself Hearn T. Johansson. Same initials as my real name, and with none of the stalking. (If anyone named Hearn is being stalked, I’m very sorry) Throughout this Blog, I’ll change people’s names slightly to avoid legal stresses. I’ve got enough stress in my life as it is.

I had one of the most soul-shredding days of my life today. A little while ago I found this little silver necklace, just lying around. It was absolutely perfect, but it didn’t have a catch on it. I was going to get it fixed and give it to this girl I like, Allison, as an end-of-year gift. But then I find out that the Year 9s Last Day is today! And there’s a Drama Performance tonight! This is one of the only chances I’ll get before February next year, and by then I’ll have gone insane. I hurry back to grab the necklace at the end of Period 6, but when I get to the jewellers, I find out that the job will take a few days! And I only had around twenty dollars to get it done, so I couldn’t just buy a new one. I went home and rummaged around, and found a gold necklace with a diamond-looking thing on the end. I have no idea if it was real or not. I had a shower and got ready, and rocked up before anyone else to find that my friend Bill was standing there, even though he told me a week ago he was going to Austria! I told him off, of course. The performance itself was really good, but I just couldn’t concentrate. Three guesses who I was thinking about. The necklace box in my pocket was annoying me the entire time, like a rock in my shoe. Finally, the time came. I handed her the card and the box, and she seemed to really like it. She hugged me twice, and fiddled around with it for a good ten minutes before putting it on. She looked absolutely angelic with it on. Of course, she almost always looks angelic.

I’m back at home now, and I’ve just polished off a can of Sprite. Time to turn in.
